Our stack powers hyper-personalized outbound at scale for thousands of companies — and email deliverability is at the heart of it all.We’re now hiring our first Email Deliverability Engineer to help us own, optimize, and scale the systems that ensure our customers’ emails land in the inbox, not spam.
As our Email Deliverability Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of the outbound infrastructure that supports millions of emails per day. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure high deliverability rates, prevent blacklisting, and continuously improve sender reputation.This is a highly impactful and technical role — perfect for someone who loves the intersection of infrastructure, data, and growth.
What You’ll Do
● Design, monitor, and optimize our outbound email infrastructure (SMTP, ESPs, IP pools, domains, DNS records)
● Improve sender reputation and inbox placement through DKIM, SPF, DMARC, BIMI, and proper IP/domain warm-up strategies
● Monitor deliverability KPIs and proactively detect issues using tools like Postmark, Mailgun, Sendgrid, Google Postmaster, SNDS, etc.
● Lead domain/IP warming processes and implement automated systems to scale safely
● Work with engineering to build internal deliverability diagnostics, feedback loops, and alerting systems
● Partner with customer success to investigate and resolve client deliverability issues
● Stay ahead of ISP policy changes, anti-spam regulations, and email authentication standards

You Should Know
● 3+ years of experience in email deliverability, infrastructure, or related technical roles
● Deep understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email reputation mechanics
● Experience with ESPs (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark) and email infrastructure tools
● Hands-on experience monitoring large-scale outbound campaigns
● Familiarity with deliverability testing tools (InboxAlly, GlockApps, Mail-Tester, etc.)
● Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
● Bonus: experience in outbound SaaS environments or working with B2B sales data platforms
You Might Be a Fit If…
● Familiarity with high-volume cold email systems (e.g., Mailshake, Instantly, Smartlead)
● Experience with setting up inbox rotation and multi-domain strategies
● Ability to write scripts or work with APIs to automate warm-ups and deliverability checks
