QA Engineer (Manual Tester)

We’re looking for a QA Manual Tester (with Domain Knowledge) to help ensure a high-quality experience for users of Kyniska.
This role will focus on end-user UI testing of our web application, and ideally, include domain knowledge in B2B lead generation/outreach tooling.
Bonus if you're comfortable using Postman to test HTTP APIs.
Key Responsibilities
· Manual UI Testing: Thoroughly test the frontend from a real end-user perspective.
· Test Plan Creation: Write and maintain test plans, checklists, and test case documentation.
· Bug Reporting: Log detailed, reproducible issues in our issue tracker.
· Cross-browser & Device Testing: Validate functionality and layout consistency.
· Regression Testing: Ensure updates don’t break existing functionality.
· API Testing (Bonus): Use Postman to validate API responses and edge cases.
· Collaboration: Work with engineers and product teams to identify improvements in UX or product gaps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required:
· Experience in manual QA for SaaS web applications.
· Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Strong attention to detail and user-centric thinking.
· Ability to test UI flows critically and suggest improvements.
Nice to Have:
· Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.
· Experience testing tools in the outbound sales / lead gen / CRM space.
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, or ClickUp.
Based in a similar time zone as your team (for collaboration, if relevant).
